SEALS Changes

Please place comments as part of this page in point form.  Please also include you name so that when we want to have a discussion about it we know who came up with what comments.

• Ask registrants for shirt size
• Have a second check for people who are not attending the full event
• Have a cut off for shirts 5 weeks before the event (to give ample time for ordering)
• Have only 30 extra shirts
• Details from registrants to check exactly what days/half days they are attending
• Include costing of full and half days with information packs
• We need to have a better way to maintain the information about registrations
• Could we pay an event organiser?
• Inform the merchandise organiser about all items that you may be bring from your school!

Key Rings a good supply left Apprximately 60 for $10 each.

Sports Bags are being completed with the embroidery in the correct position and I will keep people posted about these.
